Responsibilities
• Register new customers while explaining auction policies -- process payments and preparing purchasers documentation
• Process vehicle consignments accurately, ensuring that all required documentation is completed & submitted accordingly.
• Collect and apply funds to customer accounts
• Sell ADESA ancillary services
• Receive/ transfer and release vehicle registrations
• Assist in other auction departments when needed
• Good organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Must work independently and as part of a team in a busy, fast paced, dynamic environment
• Additional duties as required

Requirements/ Education
• High School diploma or equivalent in education with previous office experience
• Well developed oral and written communication skills and an ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of staff and customers
• Energetic and Driven individual with a positive personality
• Must have excellent relationship building skills with both clients & staff members
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• High level communication skills and a proven commitment to customer service
• Proven ability to work co-operatively in a small team environment
• Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of the team
• Excel in attention to detail
