IAA, Inc. is searching for a Customer Service Representative III to join the team at our facility in Fletcher, NC.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

  • Resolve moderately challenging customer questions, complaints and requests
  • Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals.
  • Maintaining buyer accounts
  • Collection of buyer payments
  • Processing titles as part of normal assignment
  • Performing inventory control measures
  • Generate standard reports and design new reports as requested
  • Conduct research of a more complex nature.
  • Orienting, training, assigning, and checking work of lower level employees. May be designated as lead worker.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with processing automobile titles
  • Basic computer skills
  • Time management skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional and clean appearance
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to function well as part of a team

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Maintaining customer databases
