Ethics Program

At KAR Global, our reputation is one of consistent integrity. We take our interactions with employees, customers, shareholders, vendors and stakeholders seriously, and we have established a strong code of ethics for all employees. Adhering to this code is just as important to our company as business results and quality customer service. KAR Global has a zero-tolerance policy with regard to violations of its ethics policies and applicable laws and regulations.

The Ethics Program provides employees with a toll-free hotline and a website, where employees can express in complete confidentiality any related issues. Employees may also bring ethical concerns to the attention of their supervisors, a manager or any member of senior management.

When employees join KAR Global, they receive a laminated wallet card with the Ethics Program phone number, website and other pertinent information. All materials are available in English, Spanish and Canadian French.
