Job Description

Reporting to Factory Account Manager


•             Work  closely  with  internal  and  external  customers  to  ensure  timely  and  effective fulfillment of external customer service level agreement (SLA).

•             Responsible for manually or electronically updating and entering new data in an accurate and timely manner, including vehicle information, registrations, and other documents in a prescribed format.

•             Support other team members in completing tasks to provide superior customer service.

•             Perform filing and other administrative duties as required.

•             Assist in Sale Day activities as directed.

•             Other duties as assigned.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

•             High School diploma or equivalent education.

•             Strong time management and organizational skills.

•             Superior customer focus.

•             Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

•             Professional written and oral communication skills.

•             Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.

•             Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
